Employers Parts:
(a) Demand Letter :-
• Employer / Company will formally issue a demand letter in favor of Employer.
• The demand letter will contain all the information that is essentially required for an employee (job categories, number of workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage, accommodation, etc..).
(b) Letter of Authority :-
• The employer / Company will issue a letter of authority. This letter is addressed to our company name. In case of international recruitment, this letter is addressed to the top official of the Embassy of the concerned country.
(c) Agreement of Employment :-
• The Agreement of Employment is standard employment contract that is done between employer / company and employee / candidate.
Agents Part:
(a) Selection :-
Once the potential candidate has been identified, the next step is his selection test. For this we make complete arrangements for travel, accommodation etc, ensuring that the candidate reaches the place in right time.
• The selection of the candidate is done by conducting oral or practice test.
• The selection test is conducted at employer / company or his authorized representative.
• A proper accommodation and transport facility is provided from our end.

(b) Medical Checkup :-
• Complying with the immigration norms as well as regulations of several corporate, we ensure that the candidate is physically fit for the job. After final selection, we send candidates for medical checkup to authorized medical centre of the respective embassies of country of employment .
(c) Application for Visa :-
• For selected candidates, we will apply for visa in respective embassy as authorized by employer.
(d) Ticketing and Emigration :-
We assume complete responsibility of the candidate. With our networking and suitable tie ups, we arrange all the paper work. We also obtain “Emigration Clearance” from the concerned Government Department for the candidates.
• The travelling expense is bear by the employer / company to facilitate the travelling as required.
• We also provide clearance from concerned departments for candidates.
(e) Orientation before Departure :-
Once the candidate has been selected, before his final departure, we also conduct an orientation program where in he is familiarized with different crucial aspects like:
• A basic orientation is provided to workers before travelling out of country.
• The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities.
• The work culture of prospective organization
• They are also provided with first-hand information of work environment.
• They are also informed about the labour laws of the respective country.
• Industrial practices, safety issues, and other relevant issues
